Happy New Year! How is 2020 going so far for you? Have you made any resolutions? We’re a week into 2020 so I thought I would share my personal 2020 resolutions in order to stay accountable to them but also to invite others to join the challenges with me. So what are the challenges?
- Transition to fully vegan by January 31, 2020
- Meditate 100 hours by December 31, 2020

I want to start meditation but I’m struggling with where/how to start.
It’s wonderful that you want to start! Don’t get bogged down in the details. Just sit comfortably for 5 to 10 minutes, breathe, focus on your breathing during that time. That’s meditation in a nutshell! Everything starts from this. Don’t worry if you’re doing it right. You don’t need anything special, just yourself and a place to sit. I’ll be posting more articles on meditation techniques and how-tos so keep watching this space 🙂
