Easy Delicious Breakfast – Eggs & Avocado on Wasa Crackers

Need a quick, filling and delicious breakfast that just happens to be nutritious as well? Look no farther than the combo of scrambled eggs, mashed or sliced avocado, and Wasa whole grain crackers. This simple, real food breakfast will give you plenty of energy to power through the morning while filling you up and satisfying your taste buds.

Why Wasa crackers? I love these simple but delicious crackers. Their whole grain variety is just three ingredients: whole grain rye flour, yeast and salt. No additives, emulsifiers or unpronounceable chemicals. Give me simplicity any day, especially when it’s so tasty! You won’t be disappointed using them in place of toast, English muffins or other crackers.

Now onto this incredibly quick recipe.


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of cooking oil
  • 1/2 avocado sliced or mashed
  • 3 Wasa whole grain crackers
  • Optional: salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast


Heat a pan on medium heat. Melt oil. Add lightly beaten eggs and cook until done to your liking. Slice up or mash the avocado and distribute across the Wasa crackers.

Sprinkle with nutritional yeast or salt and pepper to taste.
